The projectwill include the following components: Component 1:Modernization of District Heating Systems.
The comp onent will finance energy efficiency investments in renovation of heatproduction and transportation and distribution systems, inclu ding installation of building-level IHS and heat meters for billingpurpose. In addition, gas, electricity, and water supply systemswill be upgraded, wherever it is needed for DH purposes....
