Tender Details
Tenders are invited for G-Ro Pre-Treatment Plant Retrofit in Jebel Ali Power Station.
The Tender Documents are available with the Main Cashier at the Head Office, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, Dubai, U.A.E.
on all days (Sunday through Thursday) during 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on payment of AED 3, 150/- (UAE Dirhams Three Thousand One
Hundred Fifty Only) including VAT in cash or online through DEWA website under the link https://srm.dewa.gov.ae, payable by locally
issued credit cards, which is non-refundable.
Tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date of the Tender.
Tenderers are required to submit their offer online through our SRM System as well as hard copy physical submission. In addition to online
submission, physical (manual) submission is also required. The hard-copies (01 sets) of entire offer (MASTER) along with an electronic copy
in CD (3 NOS) of the scanned copy of entire tender documents and submittals. The hard copies completed as directed, shall be enclosed in
plain cover and red wax sealed, clearly marked with the “Tender RFX 2421800107 - G-RO PRE-TREATMENT PLANT RETROFIT IN JEBEL
ALI POWER STATION“ should be addressed to The Chairman, Board of Directors, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority and delivered into
the tender room at the Authority-s head office near Wafi shopping mall in Zabeel East, Dubai.
The offer(s) must be submitted online and hard copy of the offer should reach the tender room in DEWA-s head office near wafi shopping
mall in Zabeel east, Dubai on or before 11:00 am of Wednesday, 14th November 2018.
A covering letter must be accompanied by a Tender Bond (both in a sealed envelope) for an amount of not less than 5% of the total
Tendered Price. The Tender Bond shall be strictly in accordance with the Authority-s prescribed specimen and shall be valid for 150
calendar days following the last date fixed for receipt of Tender.
The scanned copy of the Original Tender Bond must be uploaded in the Vendor Folder in SRM. For any further queries, the office of
the Vice President-Contracts may be contacted.
Participants in the Tender should submit the names of their Local Partners/Sponsors, having a valid Dubai Trade Licence along with a
photocopy of their current licence.
