The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Local Government Unit of New Bataan Compostela Valley, invites interested

Suppliers, Bidders to apply for eligibility & to bid on the following items;





Procurement of: ABC SOURCE OF FUND



1. Rescue and Retrieval Gears for Emergency Response 450, 900.00 GENERAL FUND

2. Diesel, Fuel, Oil & Lubricants for Motorpool Operation 350, 000.00 GENERAL FUND

3. Construction Materials for Brgy. Forest Park 270, 409.50 GENERAL FUND

4. Materials for Ballon Making & Party Services 220, 682.00 GENERAL FUND





Prospective Bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within the two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non- discretionary -œPass/Fail- criteria. Post qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.



All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance security, Pre-bidding conference-s Evaluation of Bids, Post qualification and Award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).



The schedule of bidding will be on December 10, 2019 at 9:30 in the morning at Bids & Awards Committee Office.

The Municipality of New Bataan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify Bidders for any

Expenses incurred in the preparation of Bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to award of

Contract, waive any defects therein, and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.



All items are to be delivered at the GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE located at JICA BLDG., New Bataan, Compostela Valley.
