1. 5000 ltrs. Diesel Fuel

2. 2000 ltrs. Gasoline fuel

Requisitioning Office: Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office

Bid Forms may be secured from the Secretariat, Bids and Awards Committee starting January 17, 2020. Please submit in person or authorized representative your quotation. The last day of submission of quotation is on January 22, 2020 not later than 5pm.

The Provincial Government of Samar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and impose additional terms and conditions it may deem proper.
