1. 1500 liter Diesel

2. 60 liter Gasoline

Requisitioning Office: Basey District Hospital

Bid Forms may be secured from the Secretariat, Bids and Awards Committee starting January 17, 2020. Please submit in person or authorized representative your quotation. The last day of submission of quotation is on January 22, 2020 not later than 5pm.
