Prequalifications are invited for Framework Contract for Pipe Installation, Maintenance and Associated Works.

The pre-qualification information documents should among other things include:
1. Power of attorney of signatories
2. Copies of business registration certificate and NCIC certificate
3. Details of Works performed as main Contractor over the last three (3) years
4. Major items of Equipment for carrying out Construction Works
5. Qualifications and experience of key personnel
6. Audited Financial Statements for the past three years
7. Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of organizations that may provide references if contacted by the Procuring Entity
8. Information on any current litigation.
9. Bills of Unit rates of items and attached unit rate analysis.

Pre-qualification documents may be collected from the Procurement Specialist during working hours starting from 9th May, 2019 after depositing a non-refundable fee of MK15, 000.00 at the Madzi House Cash Office.

Pre-qualification Information Documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the address below in the Tender Box at Madzi House Reception at or before 2:00 PM on Monday, 10th June, 2019.

Pre-qualification documents will be opened in the presence of the interested contractors or their representatives and the general public who choose to attend the opening ceremony in the Board Room, Madzi House, Lilongwe Water Board, Off Likuni Road at 2:00 PM on 10th June, 2019
