Description: The city of Bochum, as the road construction agency and property owner, examines the stability of the building site in terms of mining in the run-up to road or sewer construction measures as well as before property marketing, redesign and new buildings. This is done with mine picture inspections and the resulting mining exploration and security measures to ensure the long-term stability of the subsoil. This work should be carried out by a publicly appointed and sworn expert in accordance with § 36 GewO in the "Markscheidewesen / Bergschadenkunde" business district of the Arnsberg district government or equivalent.

The services of the Austrian Federal Government Experts are to be awarded as annual framework contracts.

Due to the expected scope of services, the urban area is divided into 3 lots ("West", "Middle", "East").
