Framework contract for additive production
sbb offers services in the field of additive production at group level. In the future, various services will be required for the promotion of innovation and optimization of services in the field of additive production. This includes the manufacture of components using multiple technologies, the final development, consulting, reverse engineering, 3d scanning and cad specific knowledge. Cff sa plans to give a maximum of 2 supplements per lot. These services complement the additive production portfolio of sbb and cover the additional needs of sbb. All divisions and central units of sbb, as well as their subsidiaries and affiliated companiesthey have the right to subscribe to it, which may benefit from these services. Additional information: see figure 4.5.

description of options: an option for an award of a contract based on the original contract for other phases and / or other quantities and / or additional services and for an extension of the contract of up to 5 years after signature of the contract is expressly reserved. Sbb expressly reserves the right toto exercise their right of option in a phased manner / to launch in time and, if necessary, a call for tenders for the award of these services (in whole or in part) in competition on the basis of the legal provisions in force on public markets. The timing of the exercise of the option as well as the distribution of optional benefits in case of possibadditional orders for additional services will be communicated in due course. The conditions of the initial contract, including the initial financial base, all the additions and modifications generated by the exercise of option rights / orders for new services by the swiss federal railways / changes in benefits, special agreements and othercontract amendments also govern the benefits ordered later; the scope of the services, the deadlines and the other points of the contract will be agreed in all the cases in writing before the beginning of the execution of the contractual commitments on the basis of a detailed offer in an amendment to the initial contract.
