Framework contract additive manufacturing
sbb provides group-wide services related to additive manufacturing (am). In the course of innovation promotion and the optimization of additve manufacturing services, services of various kinds will be required in the future. These include, for example, manufacturing with various technologies, post-processing, consulting, reverse engineering, 3d scan and cad know-how. Sbb ag intends to grant a maximum of 2 surcharges for each defined lot. The services are intended to complement sbb''s additive manufacturing portfolio and cover additional sbb requirements. All sbb divisions and their subsidiaries and affiliates are entitled to subscribe. Additional informationsee number 4.5.

description of options: an option of the freestandingawarding in accordance with the basic contract for further phases and / or for additional quantities and services and for an extension of the contract up to 5 years after signing the contract is expressly reserved. However, sbb expressly reserves the right to charge these options in stages or to order these services as required (also only partially) in due course due to the relevant provisions on public procurement elsewhere (in competition) to award. Both the redemption and the split of the option payments for a possible reordering of further services will be determined at a later date. The provisions of the basic agreement, includingthe original cost basis agreed upon in the contract, all supplements and changes resulting from the redemption of options / reordering rights of sbb / changes in benefits, special agreements and other changes and amendments to the contract shall also apply to the re-ordered services; the scope of services, the dates and the other contract pointe will be clarified prior to initiation and written down on the basis of a detailed offer in an addendum to the contract.
