Description : The contracting authority for this procurement is Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) [the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation].

DSS will be the contracting party for the framework agreements on the contracting authority's side. The entities that DSS at all times provides services to will have the opportunity to join the contract on the same terms as DSS at any time during the contract period.

DSS needs to enter into a new contract with a supplier able to deliver secure and stable access to the mobile and landline network.

The procurement of mobile terminals and landline telephones with the relevant accessories is not included in this contract. The estimated contract value is from NOK 8 000 000 to NOK 35 000 000, excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority and will depend on the number of entities wanting to use the contract.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
