BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The principal for this procurement, the Security and Service organization.dsss will be the Contracting Party for the framework agreements on the client side. The businesses that DSS always provide services to have the opportunity to access the Agreement on equal terms as DSS at any time during the contract period.Dss has a need to enter into a new agreement with a supplier that can deliver a safe and stable access to mobile - and fixed networks. Purchases of mobile terminals and landlines with relevant accessories are not covered by this Agreement. Estimated value for the contract is from NOK 8 million items. VAT. to NOK 35 million items. VAT. The estimate is not binding on the client and will depend on the number of businesses wishing to use the agreement. The framework agreement should have a duration of 2 years with option for an additional 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 year.
