The municipal public library wishes to enter into a contract with one supplier/per plot for the purchase (and preparation) of its collections of books and comics for the public library and for the school libraries of primary schools. a period of 4 years. Estimated plot 1: €165, 000 incl. VAT/year Estimate of plot 2: €50, 000 incl. VAT/year The contracting authority can increase or decrease these amounts depending on the available budgets. This order is a purchase order, i.e. that the supplier must perform his services on order. The contracting authority places orders according to its needs. However, the contracting authority does not guarantee any minimum order volume or amount. The tenderer will not be able to assert any rights against the contracting authority if the actual purchase amount deviates from the estimated amount. The client reserves the right to publish limited editions or materials that are difficult to obtain directly from the publisher or from a supplier other than the subscriber.
