Description: The purpose of the tender procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of storage capacity for intervention butter and the provision of related services for intervention butter purchased in the period 2021-2024.
The subject of the public contract is the provision of storage capacity in the range of 2000 t / year for intervention butter purchased and the provision of the following services according to the tender documentation.
The framework agreement will be concluded with at least three tenderers. Public contracts concluded on the basis of a framework agreement will be in accordance with § 132 par. a) ZZVZ awarded in a procedure with the resumption of competition between the participants in the framework agreement.
In the event that less than three participants submit a bid, or less than three participants meet the conditions for participation, a framework agreement will be concluded with all participants fulfilling the conditions for participation. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 133, Paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ, a framework agreement cannot be concluded with only one participant. ...
