Tenders are invited to Framework Agreement communication solution stave churches

Short description: The assignment applies to a framework agreement for both delivery of communication equipment and operation of a communication solution for the stave churches in Norway. The framework agreement must be entered into with a player. Offers are required for internet connection with backup connection over mobile broadband, IP telephony, and voltage monitoring with the possibility of restarting communication equipment at a total of 24 churches. 16 of the stave churches currently have a connection via a copper line and must be upgraded to fiber before Telenor dismantles the copper network. The tenderer must therefore price subscription costs for copper connection until the fiber is installed as well as a connection fee for a new fiber line. Other churches have already installed fiber, but are not included in the current framework agreement and have been added as an option. The competition basis is exempt from public access, cf. OFFL § 24.3. The tenderer shall not make the documents in this tender documentation known to anyone other than critical personnel for the preparation of the tender.
