Short description : The Norwegian theater has a building capacity of about 28, 000 m2 BTA built in the period 1982 to 1985.. The next years are the planned refurbishment, rehabilitation and coherent maintenance of parts of the building stock. The Norwegian theater has its own Byggteknisk framework agreement with one entrepreneur. building Leiar will be responsible for following up this. For this work, we are seeking a framework agreement with two consultants / building management environments that can contribute with construction staff resources in the form of two staff members with competence before building engineering. Ford's planned work is: • Construction of a new canteen • Wardrobe refurbishmentarms and wet rooms • Office renovation • Partial replacement and upgrading of ventilation systems • Paving and lacquering of wood floors • Partial replacement and upgrading of electrical installations
