5179Fb: General Contractor Services, Not Elsewhere Specified 5139A: Construction Services, Not Elsewhere Specified 5161An: Boilers - Installation and Repair Bid Information Project Description: Work of This Contract .1 Work of This Contract is Comprised of Phase 1, and at the Discretion of the Province Phase 2: .1 Phase 1 (Cab Building Only) Includes the Following: .1 Replace One (1) Existing Boiler, Valves, Pumps, Controls, Flue Vents, Piping, Accessories Located in the Central Activities Building Boiler Room with New One (1) Boiler, Two (2) New Pumps (Primary & Secondary), Controls, Flue Vents, Piping, and Accessories in Order to have a Fully Operational Boiler Plant to Suit the Building Heating Systems Requirements. Modify Existing Power Wiring and Controls Wiring to Suit the New Boiler Installation. .2 Modify the Existing Ecms Programming and Graphics to Operate the Units As Per the Existing Boiler Plants Sequence of Operation. .3 Modify Existing Natural Gas Piping to Suite the New Boilers Installation. .4 Phase 1 Shall be Completed and Invoiced by March 31, 2020. Phase 2, if Commenced, will Include the Following: .1 Replace Two (2) Existing Boilers, Valves, Pumps, Controls, Flue Vents, Piping, Accessories Located in the Central Activities Building Boiler Room with New Two (2) Boilers, Two (2) New Pumps, Controls, Flue Vents, Piping, and Accessories in Order to have a Fully Operational Boiler Plant to Suit the Building Heating Systems Requirements. Modify Existing Power Wiring and Controls Wiring to Suit the New Boilers Installation. .2 Replace Two (2) Existing Boilers, Valves, Two (2) Pumps, Controls, Flue Vents, Piping, Accessories Located in the Administration Building Boiler Room Withtwo (2) New Boilers, Valves, Pumps, Controls, Flue Vents, Piping, and Accessories in Order to have a Fully Operational Boiler Plant to Suit the Building Heating Systems Requirements.
