Tender Details

The corporation of the district of north vancouver (the "district"), on behalf of the district of north vancouver fire and rescue services (the "dnvfrs") invites proven and reliable suppliers and service providers to provide a quotation for the supply, and delivery of quality forest fire fighting equipment for a structure protection unit ("spu").

this invitation to quote is being issued electronically through the bc bid website at http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca where any interested party may download the itq document directly from the aforementioned website. The itq document is attached above under supplier attachments exist. No registration, tracking or other recording of itq document holders will be performed by the district.

the term of any awarded contract shall be for a period of two (2) years commencing in approximately december 2018. Prices offered are to be in canadian funds and are to remain firm for the initial term of the contract.

the contract may be extended for a further term of two (2) years subject to mutual agreement as to price and service. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the district reserves the right to run another process for the supply and delivery of quality forest fire fighting equipment for a structure protection unit (spu) included in this itq.
