Description : 1. United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit proposals For the Supply and Delivery of Miscellaneous Items, Batteries and Tires to UNAMI Vehicle Fleet at Baghdad (IZ. 2. UNAMI seeks the Supply and Delivery of Miscellaneous Items, Batteries and Tires to UNAMI Vehicle Fleet at Baghdad (IZ). UNAMI intends to award a contract for one year from the day contact was signed by both parties. The contract may be extended to an additional Four (4) years, one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance at the discretion of UNAMI. 3. METHOD •The vendor will supply miscellaneous items, batteries and tires against written Purchase Order. • The miscellaneous items, batteries and tires shall be delivered to UNAMI premises. • The supplied miscellaneous items, batteries and tires should carry standard dealer warranty of Twelve months or as applicable. 4.TIME FRAME • The contract will cover the period of one year. • One year from the day contract will be signed by both parties. The contract may be extended to an additional four years, one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance of the vendor and at the discretion of UNAMI. • Miscellaneous items ordered which are available in stock, should be delivered the same day. If the miscellaneous items are out of stock, the vendor is obliged to inform the CTO or his designated representative for the time required to supply items. • The time to acquire and supply the miscellaneous items should not be more than 3...
