1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND NATURAL RESOURCES -

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU REGION VI (DENR-EMB VI),

through General Appropriations Acts of 2019 Continuing and 2020 intends to apply the

sum of Two Million Four Hundred Forty-two Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen Pesos

& 20/100 (PhP2, 442, 213.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to

payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Supplies and Other
