Event Management Agencies for UNICEF Odisha Office in Bhubaneshwar
UNICEF Bhubaneswar office plans to have a Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for Event Management Services for organising workshops/meetings/other events. The Terms of Reference along with Scope of Work is attached.
Agencies who are interested in participating in the bidding process are requested to send an email to Vasuki Selvaraj at svasuki@unicef.org and copy to Kumar Chatterjee at kchatterjee@unicef.org confirming their interest and also should submit the following:
a. Brief company profile in not more than 2 pages (Arial Font Size 11). Please note one side of an A4 size sheet will be considered as one page.
b. Details of not more than 3 assignments completed in the recent past.

Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted for submitting the bid documents.
Presence of the agency in Bhubaneswar/Cuttack is desirable but not mandatory for short-listing.
