1. Purpose
1.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services ("RFPS") is to invite proposals for Development of Language adaptations for AdhaFULL IPC Toolkit as fully detailed in the [Terms of Reference/Statement of Work attached at Annex F]
2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening
2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 24 October 2018, Wednesday - 12:00 Hours. Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to ind.bids@unicef.org.
Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time. Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.
2.2 Supplier will submit the proposals electronically at ind.bids@unicef.org in the following manner:
- Technical Proposal file clearly named as 'Agency Name - Technical Proposal-RFP-2018-077- 9143493'
- Financial Proposal file clearly named as 'Agency Name - Financial Proposal-RFP-2018-077- 9143493'
- Services Form to be signed and sent along with the technical proposal for acceptance of GTCs.
