Short description: The concept «Opportunity Bank» was established in 2017 as an offer to jobseekers in the Bergen region based on a collaboration between Bergen municipality, NAV, Fellesforbundet, Hordaland county municipality, NITO, NHO, LO, TEKNA and Bergen Næringsråd . The offer was discontinued in January 2020 due to low unemployment and that there was no longer a need for the offer. In the new current situation, with low oil prices and the corona crisis, the need has arisen again. The agreement shall cover the development and operation of the above-mentioned offers for jobseekers in the Bergen region for 1 year from 1 / 9-20 to 31 / 8-21. The offer will be marketed under the existing brand name «Opportunity Bank» NOK 1, 000, 000 will be awarded for the implementation of the project.
