Delivery date : Following the signing of the contract, on the dates specified in the need list in the Annex of the tender document [01 April-31 March 2020 (lemon); 01 May - 30 April 2020 (garlic and parsley); 01 June - 31 May 2020 (nectarine)] will be started. For any reason, the signing of the contractIn case of delay (signing on a date after the start date specified in the requirement list), the contracts of that month must be received by the contractor within 3 (three) business days following the signing of the contract. Goods notification to be received is estimated from the figuresSince it is stuck, the contractor has to learn from the accountancy of the goods that he will bring in the amount of goods each day in addition to the monthly notification, either by himself or by his legal representative. Daily Examination Book will be filled in by the accountancy for this purpose. Contractor or kanuni attorney will sign this notebook. Deliveries will continue until the date specified in the requirement list. Detailed arrangements for delivery terms, Contract Draft Article 44.1. It is stated in the Delivery Program and Other Conditions Related to Delivery Conditions.
