Description: Relaunch following the declaration without follow-up for reasons of general interest of the framework agreement with order forms for printing, enveloping and shipping of tenant documents in large volumes, as well as the management of single-piece mail and mass sending of SMS or e-mail for the needs of Deux-Sèvres Habitat. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special technical clauses (CCTP), and its appendices. This is a framework agreement with order forms fixing all the contractual stipulations concluded without minimum or maximum with an economic operator.
