Request for Quotation for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Establishment of One (1) unit Plant Nursery at Danasan, Danao City, Cebu





1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2018) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (a‚+/- 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Supply of Labor and Materials in the Establishment of One (1) unit Plant Nursery at Danasan, Danao City, Cebu.



2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), now invites bids to all PhilGEPS Registered Suppliers/ Bidders for the Supply of Labor and Materials in the Establishment of One (1) unit Plant Nursery at Danasan, Danao City, Cebu with the following SCOPE OF WORK:



I. Earthworks: Clearing, Excavation and Backfilling

II. Concreting, Masonry & Plastering Works

A. Flooring (0.10 m floor slab) Class A

B. Walling and Plastering (including Lavatory)

C. Foundation and Supports (Footing, Wall Footing, column and roof beam)

D. Septic Tank (Class A)

III. Steel and Carpentry Works

A. Doors and Windows

B. Roofing and its framing

C. Nursery Bench

IV. Electrical Works

A. Lighting and Convenience

V. Paint Works

VI. Plumbing/Sanitary Works

VII. Form-works and Scaffolding

VIII. Project Billboard Two (2) units (8- x 8- COA Recommended & 4-x8- DA Billboard)

IX. Equipment Rental

-c Minimum Personnel Required: 1 Project Engineer, 1 Foreman, 10 Laborers

-c Minimum Equipment Required: Welding Machine



Purpose: In support to production of quality planting materials of the farmers in the City of Danao, Cebu under HVCDP for F.Y. 2018



3. The Bidder must submit Mayor-s Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Income/ Business Tax Return and Omnibus Statement among other documents required by the office.



4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7) and inspect the Canvass Forms and other documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
