Tender Details

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The u.s. Army engineer research and development center (erdc), cold regions research and engineering laboratory (crrel) has a requirement for flooring replacement in various rooms at its hanover, nh facility. This rfp

will result in the award of a requirements contract for a five (5) year ordering period. The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to accomplish the tasks as described in the performance work

statement (pws). Flooring surfaces vary by room between carpet, porcelain, and vinyl. Please reference the attached rfp for the pws, as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability to meet the government's requirement, delivery/response time, and total evaluated price.

Technical capability:

proposals shall demonstrate experience and success in commercial installation of each type of flooring and the associated base and accessories within the last two (2) years. Demonstration could mean pictures with businesses and contract information and/or letters of recommendation.

Note:work done for erdc - crrel can be identified.

Clearly delineate capability of adhering to all requirements specified in section c.
