Interested service providers are invited to submit a quotation to provide all labour and equipment for flagging and traffic control services for various locations within the city of burnaby ("city) as described in the terms, conditions, specification, and attachments contained herein, on an as and when required basis for a three (3) year term from january 01, 2020 to december 31, 2022.



this request for standing offer (rfso) is being issued electronically through the bc bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the rfso documents directly from the aforementioned website. No registration, tracking or other recording of rfso document holders will be performed by the city. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published on the bc bid website.
