Description : 1. The Information and Communication Technology Service (ICTS) of UNOG currently provides audio, video and collaboration services to several International Organizations through a Unified Communications and Collaboration infrastructure which includes a Cisco CUCM cluster of servers, a Cisco Unit Connection system, a Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence system and a Cisco Telepresence infrastructure. 2. Several services are linked to the infrastructure and are dependent on its proper functioning including: Conference room listening, Voice mail system, FAX server system, Public Address System to send security-related voice and text notifications to all telephony end-users. 3. UNOG's infrastructure is currently connected to the PSTN & PLMN through a dedicated link (E1) to two national telecommunications providers. 4. There are currently about 6, 000 IP telephone accounts in operation for individual end-users and about 1, 500 analogue phones in common use (expected to reduce below 1, 000). 5. United Nations Office of Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of members of the Common Procurement Activities Group (CPAG), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of Voice Telecommunications Services for a multi-year contract of up to 5 years (1+1+1+1+1.
