Tenders are invited for Five Years Stocking and Supply Agreement for Sea Bulk Liners for Q-Chem & Q-Chem Ii on Call-off Basis.

Tender Fees in QAR: 150000/-.

Brief scope;

STEEL BARS (made of Hollow Square Section) to support the Sea Bulk Liner in 20 feet containers.

Tender Documents for the above description can be obtained as follows:-

For each tender pay a non-refundable document fee (cash only) of Qr. 1000/- Payable to Q-Chem, Bank Account (Contracts Services - Tender) - Account Number # 001-242007-003 with HSBC Bank) and submit the original receipt with an Authorization letter on Tenderer Company Letterhead with ID copy of the Tenderer representative. In the Authorization Letter Tenderer shall nominate a single focal point with contact mobile number, office number, fax number and email ID for the communications related to this tender for collection of documents as below.

Between 8:00am and 12;00 noon

• Location: Al Dafna, Omar Al Mukhtar St, Amwal Tower, Building #58, Zone # 61, First Floor, Receptionist.

• Tender should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date.

• Tender must be accompanied by a Provisional Bank Guarantee(Tender bond) issued by one of the Qatan Banks or by a Bank operating in Qatar and should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date.
