invitation to quotation: for "aq 02/19 - first aid training".

scope of work: this is an invitation to quote for first aid training for the occupational health and safety (oh&s) office at the district for the period of three years, may 1st, 2019 to april 30th, 2022 with the option for two subsequent one year extensions upon mutual agreement.

the district currently has more than 200 staff with ofa i certifications and approximately 12 staff with ofa ii certifications which expire between 2019 and 2022. the number of staff needed to recertify each year varies.

the training for ofa i is normally off site in a group class. ofa ii (and ofa iii if needed) are done off site on an individual basis.
