Tenders are invited for The Second Phase of the Fire Water System in the Oil and Gas Area.
The Work of this Project Includes the Development of the Fire Water System in the Naftha Tank Area Tk-1501- the Epc Contract Delivery Project as Described in the Specification Booklet.

· The offer shall be accompanied by an initial deposit of 0.5% of the value of the offer under a guarantee letter or a certified instrument issued by a bank operating in Libya on behalf of Sirte Company for the production and processing of oil and gas in a separate closed and waxed condition . No offer shall be accepted unless accompanied by a letter of guarantee or an instrument of ratification. The value of the primary insurance is refunded to those who have not been awarded the tender.
· The bidder must provide a final insurance of at least 10% of the total value within ten days of being notified of the acceptance of his bid. The final insurance shall remain valid for the length of the contract and the contractor shall fulfil all his obligations. The final insurance shall be released after the expiry of the warranty period (performance guarantee) of not less than one year from the date of initial receipt of the works, and after the contractor has fulfilled all his contractual obligations stipulated in the contract.
