Discription : Construction Of Two New Buildings, A 17, 000 Sf Fire House And A 5, 500 Sf Administration Building, And Associated Site Work. The Fire House Is A Combination Of Load Bearing Cmu And Steel Framing, Is 2-stories, And Contains Five Apparatus Bays On The First Floor And Fire Fighter Living Quarters On The Second Floor. The Admin Building Is Wood Framed And Contains Offices And A Training Room For The Fire Department. This Project Will Be Constructed In Phases. The New 2-story Fire House And Associated Site Work Will Be Constructed First, In Phase 1, On The Southern Portion Of The Site. There Is An Existing Fire Station Located On The Northern Portion Of The Site, Which Must Remain Operational Until The New Fire House Is Complete.
