Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
This is a competitive open market solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 561450 Credit Rating Agencies.
The provisions and clauses incorporated herein are those in effect as of Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 dated 01/15/2020.
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) has a need for a system that will provide a comprehensive and consistent view of its counter-party risk by combining financial spreading, credit analysis, and robust date storage. This requirement also includes: 1.) Migration from the currently used platform, and 2.) User training on the replacement system.
Intended contract term will be 5 years (base period: 1 year with four option periods: 1 year each). Specific requirements are described herein.
