A Consultant will be chosen according to the “Least Cost Selection (SMC)” method, and requiring the format of a Full Technical Proposal (PTC) as described in this RFP, in accordance with the Bank's procedures set out in the Employment Guidelines and the Selection of Consultants located on the following website: www.worldbank.org/procure.
