Quotation are invited for Field office payroll validation.

Purpose of tender notice: Nathan Associates Inc. has obtained certificate to operate in Liberia from the Liberia Business Registry (LBR). The main purpose of this request is to obtain quote from registered payroll/accounting firms for validation of Nathan Associates Inc. available payroll template.

Expected deliverables:
• The registered payroll/accounting firm is required to submit a certificate of payroll validation to Nathan Associates Inc. indicating that the payroll package conforms to the applicable local tax requirements of Liberia (LRA and NASSCORP).
• The vendor is required to submit a revised payroll template to Nathan Associates Inc. 3 days from the date of contract confirmation.
• The registered vendor will do a formal presentation of the final payroll to Nathan Associates Inc. management team.
• As needed, the registered vendor will provide payroll backup service to Nathan Associates Inc. upon completion of the payroll template.
