Abstract: Conwy County Borough Council (the "Authority") has been awarded grant funding from the Welsh Government (WG) to carry out an Outline Business Case (OBC) to identify and improve the flood risk to residential properties at School Bank Road, Perthi, and Y Berllan situated in Llanrwst.The successful consultant will be required to prepare an OBC on behalf of the Authority using the latest issued guidance from both WG and DEFRA latest issued guidance. The objective of the OBC is to identify a scheme to improve land drainage measures in the catchment area and provide relief from flooding to residential properties.
