Facilitation and professional services to assess the impacts and risks of right-of-way ownership

brief description: the purpose of this

assignment is to conduct a comprehensive risk workshop to understand the risks

associated with not knowing the boundaries and ownership of the regional row to

develop an achievable row management action plan strategy to support a row

management business case to inform senior management on how to best move

forward to protect the region's reputation, meet jurisdictional

responsibilities, minimize impacts to road users, regional services and land

owners as it relates to the regional row boundaries and ownership.

build off and expand on the recently completed pilot project team work as

identified in appendices b (january 2018 project initiation presentation), c

(april 2018 team meeting update presentation), d (july 2018 directors meeting

update presentation) and e (october 2018 directors meeting update
