Abstract: The aim of this contract is to provide a management and maintenance service for properties on 2 developments. The contractor, acting as the Councils managing agent will be responsible for: 1) The letting of properties using the established lettings arrangements for all Extra Care in the Bradford District; 2) Collection of rents; 3) Ensuring that repairs are carried out; 4) Re letting of properties as required. The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring that tenants comply with their tenancy agreements.
