Opportunity Details :Project DescriptionThe Council own a 40 metre squared site within the Ballystrudder Gardens estate in Islandmagee. The site currently provides a grass play area which was intended for ball games, along with an adjacent tarmac area.
The project will involve the redevelopment of this area to provide an inclusive natural play park which complies with the Councils play and public open space strategies.
