Request for proposals are invited for External Final Evaluation of the Project Funded by BHA in CAR
Specifically it is about:
· Evaluate the achievement of the Oxfam project against its objectives as well as expected results
Analyze the implementation processes to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each step of the implementation
Analyze the data to determine the real impact of our support, both in agricultural inputs and in IGA
Study and capitalize on the IGA component implemented during the project
Provide recommendations to guide the design and implementation of future Oxfam interventions
Duration of the assignment: Estimated date between 09/10/2020 and 20/11/2020
Mission location: RCA
Objective of the mission: Assess the level of achievement of the process and the quality of the project using the basic humanitarian indicators (HIT), the fundamental humanitarian quality and admissibility standard (CHS) and gender standards. It also aims to promote the improvement of Oxfam`s performance during the implementation of its programs.
