Tenders are invited for External Auditing Services
Scope: Procurement of External Auditing Services SCJH invites Proposals from Qualified Firms of Chartered Accountants to be appointed SCJH-s External Auditors to audit its Financial Statements for the fiscal years ending March 31 of 2021, 2022, 2023 via National Competitive Bidding
Bid Collection Interested eligible Bidders may purchase the Request for
Proposal from the Lobby of the SCJH at the address below for a non-refundable fee of J$3, 000.00 in cash or Manager-s cheque payable to the SCJH from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. commencing Tuesday, November 2, 2021 to Friday,
November 19, 2021.
Bid Submission
All completed Bids must be submitted in Printed Copy to the
Lobby of the SCJH and deposited in the Tender Box labelled “EXTERNAL AUDITING SERVICES” on or before 12:00 noon on Friday, November 26, 2021 at the address listed below.
Original and copies of the Bid must be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
Late Bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening The opening of the Technical Proposals will be conducted in the Boardroom in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021.
