1. The Electric Power Company of Togo (Ceet) has Obtained Funding from the French Development Agency (Afd), the European Union and the Togolese-German Financial Cooperation through Kfw to Finance the Cost of the Extension Project of the Lomé Electricity Network. It is Expected that a Portion of the Sums Granted under this Financing will be Used to Make the Payments Provided under the Contract for the Completion of Mv and Lv Network Extension Works.

2. Ceet Solicits Closed Bids from Eligible Bidders to Perform Medium and Low Voltage Network and Mv / Lv Substation Construction Work ("the Works").
