Expression of Interest are invited for Expert in Monitoring and Evaluation to the Development Program and the Integrated Development of the DJA Mining Loop and the Adjacent.

Object
The Coordinator of the PADI-Dja Program, Project Owner, launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for the pre-qualification of a (01) expert in monitoring and evaluation for the Development and Integrated Development Program of the Dja mining loop and the adjacent border area (PADI-Dja).

Consistency of the services
The expert who should have a good knowledge of the PADI-Dja monitoring and evaluation manual will have the following tasks:
1) Ensure with the executing managers that the monitoring-evaluation mechanism implemented by component is compatible with the Program`s GIS;
2) Ensuring the collaboration of component and implementation leaders on targets, indicators and collection mechanisms;
3) Ensuring the weekly or monthly entry of data and checking by crossing or triangulation of the information collected;
4) Receive weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual findings from component leaders on progress made;
5) Facilitate weekly progress meetings with component leaders with progress reports to the PADI-Dja Coordinator;
6) Supervise all periodic participatory processes;
7) Conduct periodic field surveys to verify output production by component managers, antennae managers and beneficiaries.
