Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer for a mission of: Consultation for the Initial Project Formulation PIF (GEF) as part of the implementation of development actions financed by the Global Environment Facility (GEF), as described in detail inTerms of Reference.You will find attached the following documents: Annex 1 - Termsof Reference, Annex 2- Interest and Financial Offer Confirmation, Annex 3 - General Conditions, Annex 4 - Evaluation Criteria.Your Proposal must include: Confirmation of interest signed, including the detailed financial proposal, the detailed CV, the proposalechnique: a short description of why the person considers himself the most fit to lead the mission, as well asa proposed work plan and methodology on how he will approach and complete the task; (3) Professional references; Copy of diplomas. When preparing your proposal, pleaseuse the annexes attached to this publication.Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than July 24, 2019.
