Short description : From 1 January 2020, there are 356 municipalities in Norway, after a total of 119 municipalities have joined forces and formed 47 new municipalities in the municipal reform. The Ministry of Municipal and Modernization wants an investigation that maps and compiles experiences with the use of the sectional law, as well as how municipalities andcounty municipalities have worked and what experiences they have gained from the merger period. The client wishes to emphasize the qualitative acquisition of experience, in addition to any quantitative data collection. The assignment will result in a report delivered by November 15, 2020.
