Description: The city of Ghent and TMVW have an extensive sports site located at Sint-Jozefstraat 13 in Oostakker (Ghent), currently used by football club SKV Oostakker.
In 2018, two artificial grass pitches were constructed on this site; a fully-fledged senior site and a practice field.
The optimization of the site and the success of the club has led to a shortage of dressing rooms.
The existing dressing rooms and cafeteria are two separate volumes consisting of permanent mobile units. One building serves as a cafeteria / kitchen and the other building houses four dressing rooms, one referee dressing room, sanitary rooms (ladies / gentlemen) and one technical room.
The city of Ghent and TMVW wish to adapt / expand this existing accommodation as follows:
