Description: The city of Ghent and TMVW have an extensive sports site located at 13 Sint-Jozefstraat, in Oostakker (Ghent), currently in use by football club SKV Oostakker.
In 2018, two artificial grass courts were constructed on this site; a fully fledged senior field and a practice field. Optimizing the site and the club's success has led to a shortage of changing rooms.
The existing changing rooms and cafeteria are two separate volumes consisting of permanent mobile units. One building serves as a cafeteria / kitchen and the other building houses four dressing rooms, one referee dressing room, sanitary rooms (ladies / gentlemen) and one technical room.
