This agreement is valid from 1 august 2019, each lasting one year with the mutual option of a extensionagreement for a further year. Within a program, the agreement may be terminated for a period of three months at the end of a calendar month for important reasons. The contracting parties shall seek long-term cooperation. The vam becomes the commissioner - provided that he receives the necessary financial resourceson the other hand, a further contract for the following year.
