Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Execution of the Installation of the Solar Panels for Public Lighting of the Makak Urban Center in the Borough of Makak, Nyong and Kelle Department, in Emergency Procedure.

Acquisition of the file
The Open National Bidding Documents can be obtained from the Town Hall of MAKAK as soon as this Notice is published, against presentation of a receipt of payment from the Municipal Receiver of MAKAK of a non-refundable amount of 75 000 F (seventy-five thousand francs) CFA.

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional guarantee issued by a first-rate banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, the amount of which is set at 900, 000 (nine hundred thousand francs) FCFA, and valid for thirty ( 30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
Under penalty of rejection, the temporary bond must be imperatively produced in original dating of not more than three (03) months.
The provisional guarantee will be released fifteen (15) days after the publication of the results and at the latest thirty (30) days after the period of validity of the tenders for the tenderers who have not been retained. For the tenderer awarded the contract, the provisional guarantee will be released after constitution of the final bond.
