This work will consist of the asphalting of the roads concerned. It will be a combination of the High Intensity of HIEQ Equipment and High Intensity of Labor (HIMO) methods. It is a matter of preferably using the local workforce bordering the said roads in order to ensure the maximum economic benefits of the project for the benefit of these populations.
This work to be carried out under the contract covers the following tasks:
- Execution studies;
- Relocation of networks;
- Excavation deposited;
- Embankments from borrowing;
- Layout of the platform;
- Base layer in lateritic gravel (thickness = 20 cm);
- Sandblasting impregnation;
- Bonding layer;
- Bituminous concrete 3cm thick;
- Reinforced concrete channels 40 × 40 cm (U);
- 40 × 40 blankets of 15 cm thick;
- Concrete cupboards;
- Cleaning of existing gutters;
- Demolitions of existing structures

The Tender File will be obtained from the Contracts Department, Tender Unit, located on the 2 nd floor of the new R + 3 building housing certain Central Services of the Ministry of Public Works, housed in the enclosure of the Regional Delegation of Public Works of the Center, door 210, on presentation of a receipt for payment to the Public Treasury of a non-refundable sum of one hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000) F CFA for the costs of purchasing the file.
